Deanna Del Vecchio est candidate au doctorat en Éducation de la Justice Sociale à l’Université de Toronto, et ce, pour l’Institut d’Ontario pour les Recherches en Éducation. Ses recherches, soutenues par le Jackman Humanities Institute Graduate Fellowship et par une bourse d’études pour les étudiants internationaux du gouvernement du Mexique, explorent l’utilisation de la méthodologie de la photographie participative des mouvements sociaux de la frontière Mexico-États-Unis.
Deanna Del Vecchio is a doctoral candidate in Social Justice Education at the University of Toronto’s Ontario Institute for Studies in Education. Her research, supported by awards including a Jackman Humanities Institute Graduate Fellowship and a Mexican government scholarship for international students, explores the use of participatory photography methodology in social movements in the U.S.-Mexico borderlands.
